How many different types of wire carts and caddies do you offer?

We currently offer approximately 30 variations of wire carts and caddies. Keep in mind that you can custom build your own carts by using either the heavy duty or light duty cart and different combinations of racks.

How do I determine and select which cart or caddy will work best for me and my application?

There are many different options that allow you to customize your cart to fit your requirements. Whether it is a 2-wheel or 4-wheel cart you can interchange components and accessories to custom build a system that works best for you and your applications.

Can I use the removable racks from the cart on the free standing and wall mounted storage units?

Yes, the racks can be stored on the wall racks and then loaded onto the SmartCart™ when needed.

What is the difference between the light duty and heavy duty carts?

The light duty carts are equipped with solid rubber tires and are rated for 300 lb wire capacity. The heavy duty carts are equipped with pneumatic tires a heavy duty axel and are rated for 600 lb wire capacity.

What are the hooks on the back of the SmartCart™ used for?

They are used to secure ½”, ¾” and 1” EMT conduit while cutting.

What size mechanical conduit benders can be stored on the wire carts?

They are for ½” and ¾” hand benders.     

What is the EBP (extension base plate) used for?

The EBP is a wire guide that is used to prevent wires from tangling when pulling and unloading multiple spools from a single cart.

What size studs can the BWC01FSMC be used on?

The BWC01FSMC can be mounted on 2 x 4 and 2 x 6 wood studs and are used for dispensing coiled NM-B, BX or MC cable.

What type of warranty do we offer?

All wire carts and caddies have a 1 year limited warranty.
